SparkMyPurpose provides tools, content, and guidance designed to support reflection, goal-setting, mindfulness, and personal development. The Services are not medical or mental health treatment and do not provide diagnosis, therapy, or crisis services.

6. The App Pillars & AI Guidance

SparkMyPurpose may include features such as learning "missions," community interaction ("Connect"), planning tools ("Plan"), and an AI-guided experience ("AI Guide"). These are intended to support your personal journey, not replace your judgment.

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use them.
  • We may update, change, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time, including to improve safety or performance.
  • Do not share sensitive information you do not want processed or stored, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Community Guidelines (Connect)

If the Services include community features, you agree to participate respectfully and safely. You must not:

  • Post illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content.
  • Encourage self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.
  • Share personal data of others without consent (including addresses, phone numbers, or private messages).
  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts to protect users and maintain a safe environment.

You may be able to upload or post content (e.g., text, images, videos) ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate and improve the Services.

  • You confirm you have the rights to your User Content and it does not infringe the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for your User Content and interactions with other users.

9. Subscriptions, Payments & Trials

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

  • Pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be disclosed at purchase.
  • Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the platform (e.g., Apple/Google) rules.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant app store or payment provider, unless required by law.
  • We may change pricing or subscription offerings with notice as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including content we provide (e.g., text, graphics, logos, UI, audio/video, and software), are owned by Trigonta or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment providers, app stores). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

12. Service Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, or availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or respond to security or safety incidents.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect users, the Services, or our rights.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trigonta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 0.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In that case, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trigonta from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
