SparkMyPurpose helps young people who feel lost build meaning through reflection, connection, and action so no one has to face life's biggest questions alone.
We are a team driven by a shared desire to make a meaningful, positive impact on society. In recent years, we've become deeply concerned about the state of mental well-being among young adults—particularly the growing loss of meaning and purpose in life, often accompanied by anxiety, depression, and unhealthy lifestyles. We see these struggles not only in research and data, but also in our own families and communities. That makes this issue personal—and urgent.
Young people today are navigating a complex world with immense pressure, endless choices, and very little guidance on how to build a life that truly feels meaningful. Too often, they are left to face these challenges alone. We believe they deserve better support.
That's why we are creating SparkMyPurpose: a modern, accessible solution grounded in proven scientific approaches, including psychology, mindfulness, behavioral science, and self-determination theory. By combining these foundations with mobile technology and thoughtfully designed artificial intelligence, we aim to guide individuals through a practical, supportive journey toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
What drives us is a simple but powerful belief: everyone can build meaning in their life when given the right guidance and tools. Purpose isn't reserved for a few—it's something that can be cultivated, practised, and strengthened over time.
SparkMyPurpose is designed primarily for young adults aged 17 to 32, the group most affected by today's purpose and mental-health crisis—and often the most overlooked. At the same time, we believe anyone, at any stage of life, can benefit from intentionally nurturing their evolving sense of purpose.
We are building SparkMyPurpose because the data is clear, the need is real, and the opportunity to make a difference has never been greater. We believe this journey matters—and that it can change lives.
